I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. With a new year comes changes. Below are new policies that will take effect today, January 1, 2024. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out 🐾
🐾 Please read below ⬇️ for new policies 🐾
🦴1. Cancellations - We understand life gets busy or plans just don’t work out as intended. When this happens please call 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled grooming appointment to make changes or cancel. If canceld within 24 hours of your scheduled grooming appointment there will be a charge of $25. This will need to be paid before other appointments are made. If you have appointments already pre-booked, they will be cancelled if not paid with in 14 business days.
🦴 2. No Call/No Show - Please call us as soon as you know if you are unable to make your appointment. If No Call/No Show happens you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. Fees will need to be paid within 14 business days to reschedule or to keep scheduled appointments.
🦴 3. Late Fee - When running late to your grooming appointment please call or text to let us know. A 10 minute grace period for arrival will be provided when scheduled for any service. If you arrive after the grace period, you will be considered late, and a $15 late fee will be added. Please note, when exceeding 30 minutes past your scheduled grooming, it will be cancelled and a No Show fee will be added to your account. This will ensure your pet has a safe and relaxing experience during their appointment. Fees will need to be paid within 14 business days to reschedule or to keep scheduled appointments.

Now that Thanksgiving is over, Puppy is gearing up for Christmas and the New Year.
For Current Clients, booking for 2024 is now available till December 22nd! During this time you can book for 6 months or for the whole year of 2024. Staying on a consistent schedule, will help insure your pet stays clean, and tangle free. Keylo has been part of the family since he was 8 weeks old. He is Puppy’s “brother” who loves to ride. Keylo definitely enjoyed his time at the parade.

When your fur baby is getting groomed is not just about grooming. It also involves a little bit of training. With my bigger dogs I like for them to be able to get on table by themselves, unless they are handicap or older. Today Buddy was able to hop on the table by himself. 💕💈
