Thank you to everyone who enquired about Peggy Pumpkin and I apologise to anyone I did not get back to…sold to her first viewer in less than 24 hours of her ad going up! Over 25 phone calls/messages in under 12 hours, I was turning people away as I couldn’t keep count of her waitlist!
Peggy has been sold to a lovely beginner family with in NSW who will be expertly guided by their coach.

Once Peggy has headed off to her new family I will have one spot open for training or sale horses 🦄

Oscar came here a couple of weeks ago to be brought back into work and prepped for sale.
What a super cool little horse, used to cows and the bush he quickly adapted to my more civilised style of riding 🤣 and was quickly snapped up by Emma who is getting back into riding after a few years off.

Thanks Jodi for trusting me with your little dude, I so much fun with him in the short time he was here!

Bittersweet day yesterday escorting Lola to her new forever family in Romsey! But I wish Beth all the best and loads of fun, and I look forward to keeping up to date with all their adventures 💖

I am incredibly grateful to Equine Sports Massage for trusting me with Lola’s care and training over the last three years, having taken Lola from Novice to Medium I have learned loads from this mare and will certainly miss her bubbly face and telling me that she knows better!!

With 4 horses sold and 3 picked up this week I have room to take on 1-2 horses for long-term or short-term training and/or sale campaign 🦄

2007 (17yo) Holsteiner mare

I have has the pleasure riding Lola for three years and, as much as we would love to keep her, it is time for her to find a slower lifestyle and a new friend to teach the tricks of the trade.

Lola would suit an AOR, YR or HRCAV wanting an educated horse to show them the ropes.

She was at Novice level when I started riding her and has since been trained and competed to Medium.
She has been incredibly trainable the whole way through and is an easy, uncomplicated ride. Forward moving but also responds well to “woah” and is equally happy parked next to you in the corner for a chat and a beer.
Official scores up to 72% at Novice, 69% at Elementary and 66% at Medium.
She also enjoys poles, jumps, hacking out around the farm/down the road and going for a canter up the hill 🏇🏻

Lola is safe and reliable under saddle but does require a confident handler on the ground as she can be pushy if allowed. No buck/bite/bolt/kick/spook/etc.
Teeth and worming up to date. Currently barefoot on a 5-6 week cycle but will be shod over summer. She has a fabulous appetite and is cheap to feed!!
As expected with her age, Lola has a few niggles that may require managing (at present she is only on 4cyte). More information and x-rays/vet report available to serious enquiries.

Whether you are wanting your horse campaigned through the levels, need some miscommunications worked through or are a busy owner wanting to keep your horse in work but can only ride a couple of days a week, I can tailor a program to suit you.

Over the years I have had the privilege to ride under many renowned riders across Australia at a number of elite performance stables. Having trained my own horse from breaker to Grand Prix and taken a variety of horses/ponies from young horse through the EA levels, I know the importance of training for long-term goals and establishing sound foundations. I pride myself on ethical training methods and whole horse management to develop confident, sound and happy athletes.

In my current role working alongside leading equine lameness and spinal veterinarian Dr Anushka von Oppen, I boast a unique and ever-growing insight into biomechanics and performance horse management.
Collaborating with some of the best professionals in the industry, your horse will be supported by a wealth of resources from every aspect to maximise their potential.
