🖤 New Design Launch in Honor of Oakley 🖤

Today, we’re launching a special design to raise awareness for a cause close to our hearts. Our beloved Great Dane, Oakley, tragically passed away from bloat last Monday, just one week after turning 4 years old. This heartbreaking loss has inspired us to create the Bloat Awareness design, which we’re proud to share with all of you today.

🌟 50% of all profits from any item featuring this design will be donated to the American Kennel Club’s Gastrointestinal Disease Research Program to help fund ongoing studies on bloat and better understand this devastating condition.

This design isn’t just a tribute to Oakley—it’s a chance for us to come together and raise awareness about bloat, a disease that affects many dogs but is often overlooked.

This week, our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of our beloved Great Dane, Oakley, who passed away suddenly from bloat not even one month after his 4th birthday. 🐾☀️ As temperatures rise, it's crucial to keep our furry friends cool and comfortable! Here are some tips to beat the heat:

Hydration: Always have fresh water available.
Shade: Create shaded areas outdoors.
Pupsicles: Treat your pup with homemade pupsicles! 🍦🐾

Here's a super simple recipe to make dog-friendly popsicles at home!

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
1 cup plain yogurt (no added sugar)
1/4 cup peanut butter (make sure it's xylitol-free)
Water as needed

Instructions:

Blend banana, yogurt, and peanut butter until smooth.
Add water to adjust consistency if needed.
Pour mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
Freeze for a few hours until solid.
Serve to your dog for a refreshing treat!

Meet one of our Certified Taste Testers, Oakley!

Oakley is our biggest taste tester by far, weighing in at a whopping 155 pounds! He is a Great Dane, although due to being a Harlequin (black and white) he is constantly getting confused for a Dalmatian, which makes him sad. When the taste testers have downtime, Oakley loves to steal whatever the other employees are playing with at the time. If you meet him in person, he would love to give you a hug, as hugs are his favorite thing to give new people. Oakley also eats the products a little too fast to be able to actually taste them and give his opinion, so we might demote him to Janitor.

We have more employees for you guys to meet too! Stay tuned each Friday to meet a new member of our crew, all of our Taste Testers are up first.
