Rest assured knowing that we take extra precautions when traveling with your cat or dog. Every in cabin pet travels in a brand new carrier that stays with the animal. Your pet gets their very own collapsible bowls that only your pet will use. And a brand new portable pop up play pen is brought with in case of delays or cancellations. We want your pet to comfortably stretch out and play without risk of exposure or getting lost. And if the play pen is used, we send that home with them also! Look at this sweet boy, he just melts your heart! We had so much fun traveling to his other home. He is someone’s service dog. However, what many people don’t know is that the animal is only considered a service dog when with the individual that it has been trained to do specific tasks for. That means that they are required to be in a carrier the entire flight. The additional pet fee has to be paid and reservation has to be made for the dog to travel ahead of time. Just because it’s a service animal, it doesn’t give anyone the same rights or access.
