I'm sorry I haven't updated this page for a long time. But mommy and I are going to start share our recipe soon! We don't have a lot of recipe yet but we have a lot of ideas so stay tune!

Mommy is going to cook all those ingredients!!
All organic of 6lbs of ground white turkey, 9 Yukon Potato, 2 bags each of carrot, green beans, broccoli and turkey/rice recipe food from Just Food For Dogs.
Wait mommy! You are forgetting quinoa!!!
After cook very well done for all ingredients, she is going to freeze it.
Should be enough food while mommy is gone....right??

Hello everyone!
I know I haven't update this page for long time.
I'm doing great past one month 😄 My tummy is doing great and no diarrhea a month now!
This is what I eat now.
Clockwise from left, quinoa, turkey, Yukon potato, carrot & green beans mix and new food from store Just Food For Dogs "balanced medley". This food has rice and turkey plus vitamins mix.
I love mommy's homemade food but it doesn't have enough nutritions and we needed to find something good and easy for my tummy.
She started to add one spoon into my food and now, she add two spoons and my tummy is doing great!
Mommy cook all food separate besides carrot and green beans and purée them.
Why she cook separate is when my tummy is sick, she can easily adjust amount of each ingredients.
Okay, it's time to eat now!

Hello everyone!
I'm so sorry I haven't update my LuLu's Little Kitchen for long time!
I'm sure most of you knows what's going on with me. Since my last post, I got a new doctor and new diet.
Mommy used to cook all ingredients in one big pot but now, she cook all separate and mix them every time she feeds me. And for better digestion, she make it all puree.
She used to cook a lot and freeze them but now, she cook little by little so it's a lot of work!!
But I'm doing much much better and enjoying my food very much

It's 3 pounds of ground turkey breast, 2 pounds of ground beef, baby broccoli, parsley, okura, red and green lentils and quinoa and of course, it's all organic!

I need to apologize to my friends and "Dachshund Lovers" group. What I said "some dachshund lover" mean "someone who loves dachshund", not a group. Sometimes you said to people "Oh, I'm a dachshund lover" and I was mean that. I can't say her name on a post but I know she loves dachshund and I'm sure she owes her self too so I chose the word "dachshund lover". I am so sorry for make many people confuse and misunderstand!!! I'm a doggie and mommy is from other country so we didn't realize it'll make people misunderstand. And I am so sorry to Dachshund Lovers group.

Good morning.
I received a very sad message from someone who loves dachshund this morning. I think she misunderstand my situation and I believe she doesn't follow my "LuLu The Dachshund Diary" page.
Her message said "Blocked!! Promote instead a healthy weight, exercise and an environment that is suitable for a dachshund and not a human doll."
Because she blocked me, mommy can't send her message but mommy wanted to say something to her so I told her she can use here to send her message. She already blocked me so she probably not gonna see this post but mommy wanted to try anyway.
This is the message from mommy to her and other dachshund/dog lover.
"Hi, I'm sorry I upset you by my page. I'm not sure if you are following my other page LuLu The Dachshund Diary.
My LuLu was diagnosis IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) and Pancreatitis last April. Ever since then, we are fighting every day. I took her to 4 different doctors and we finally found good doctor around August. We tried so many ways to manage these disease.
She was taking dog agility class 2-3 times a week till her doctor said she shouldn't do it because of her condition but we are planning to take her to the class again once she gets better enough. She was taking obedience class as well but doctor also stopped it. All food I'm making/baking is perfectly safe. I'm even studying canine nutrition right now.
That food bowl LuLu is using is call slow feeder. It looks big but something in the middle and it's not that big as you think. I don't want her to eat too fast so I feed her with this bowl. All ingredients are high end organic and cook long time for better digestion. I don't give her store bland treats because any good treats use preservative and I don't think it's good for her stomach. All my food and treats are safe for even sick doggies. I'm doing everything I can to get her better. I may not a perfect but what I'm doing to her is not like you think. I hope you understand. She used to take 5 kinds of medications but she down to 1 now. But she lost a lot of her hair from side effect and doctor said wear clothes is necessary specially this cold weather.
LuLu loves agility class and she was really good at it too. I hope soon I can take her back to the class so she can run around.
Thank you so much for your concern. LuLu is my second dachshund. I lost my first dachshund Velvet from kidney failure over 2years ago. She was 14 when she passed. I may don't know everything about dachshund but I know a lot from my experience.

Today's menu is Grounded beef, egg, cabbage, celery, green beans, asparagus, parsley, green lentils and jasmine rice :) Mommy cook them for over three hours :D
