To our valued Buffy's Bubbles clients,

After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close Buffy's Bubbles effective 9/30/2024. All appointments scheduled after 9/28 have been canceled.
This decision was not made lightly and I want to express my deepest gratitude for the trust and support you have shown over the years.

My plan is to continue grooming after closure: Either through house call grooming in the client's home or securing employment at another grooming shop. I will keep clients updated once I have finalized details.

In the meantime if you need recommendations, referrals or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you once again for your patronage. It has been my pleasure to be a small part of your pups' lives.

The link for the new booking website has been updated on all of our social media pages ✨️
Clients will still receive reminder texts 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment 🗓
I appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as there was no option to mass import all clientele, forms and rabies certificates; everything is being imported manually and as a result has been extremely time consuming.
We have a new cancelation policy that all clients will be required to sign and enter a payment card to keep on file.
In order to stay operational and provide one-on-one grooming services, it is crucial that clients adhere to our policy and give sufficient notice when an appointment needs to be changed. I have already had several complaints about this.
Buffy's Bubbles is not like Petco, Petsmart or other grooming shops that have multiple dogs dropped off all at once and spend half of their appointment time waiting in a crate or kennel; your dog's appointment time is scheduled to have them here from start to finish only.
We want to keep being Fear Free and continue to have a quiet, peaceful grooming salon for your dog but we need consideration for our strict schedule. We can be lenient in our policy when the reason is something out of anyone's control: illness, weather, family emergencies, etc.
I encourage clients current and new to message me if they have questions or concerns about the new cancelation policy. We love our clients and want to continue to provide the best Fear Free grooming services your pup deserves.
