Trialing a new Microgreen for a customer… it’s always so fun to see what the little shade of brown seeds produces! Some advantages for consuming this Microgreen is that it, helps to Detoxify blood, it contributes to remove toxins, it helps provide some relief from pain, it promotes good eye health and a whole heap of other benefits! It’s a great source of antioxidants and helps protect against cellular damage. Some antioxidants include vitamin C, carotenoids, and flavonoid antioxidants. In fact, it often contains higher amounts of these than it’s ‘green counterpart’! Any guesses what Microgreen this is? 🌱
