GROUNDNUTS

The plant in the picture is a flowering Groundnut plant.

Groundnuts (peanut) 🥜 are an excellent plant based source of protein. They have less saturated fat and cholesterol than animal protein.
Peanuts contain a significant amount of Vitamin B like folate, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin. They are a good source of Calcium, Iron, Phosphorus, Manganese and Potassium.

EGGS.
Chicken eggs are an affordable source of protein. They also contain several Vitamins & Minerals that are essential parts of a healthy diet.

There are some controversy about whether eggs are healthy or not especially regarding Cholesterol. This has deprived a lot of people from enjoying the health benefits of consuming them.
One large egg has only about 186mg of Cholesterol; all of which is found in the yolk.
So if you like eggs but don't want the Cholesterol use only the egg white which do not contain Cholesterol but still contain protein.
