Ruati's Micro Greens Ruati's Microgreens, It's a young vegetable, which harvest the first growth. This Microgreens are grown locally in my Garage and greenhouse.

It can be added on salad, or garnish any food, and also can be added on your sandwich.

What can we do with the Microgreens?
the answer is
1. We can add it into our favorite salad
2. Chopped it and add it into omelette
3. Chopped it and add it into our favorite fried rice
4. Chopped it add it into our favorite spaghetti or pasta or ravioli
5. Chopped it and add it into our favorite meat dish especially fenugreek goes really well with fatty meat
6. Chopped and sautéed with mushrooms.
7. Add it into curry.
8. Doctorate the food.
9. Add it to our favorite sandwich
The list goes on and on 🌱🌱🌱
