Based out of Winnipeg, MB, we rescue Border Collies and Border Collie mixes, and honorary Border Collies who have been surrendered, neglected or dumped in a pound and help them to find permanent, loving homes. Thank you ! Bridey had a spa day and is now so nice and clean. Her fur is so soft and she smells wonderful 😍 A much needed clean up before she starts her adoption trial Monday!

HAPPY TAIL ALERT!!! We are so happy to share Jasper's happy tail! It is so hard to believe that this little guy, who came in so dirty, starved and neglected, is now this handsome, dapper fella! Jasper met his forever family and quickly bonded to his new sibling and his pawrents. As you can tell, he's so happy and loved!! Thank you to his wonderful family for loving him and giving him the best life after what was a horrible beginning and if course, thank you to his amazing foster family for helping him get there ❤️

Welcome to Hull's Haven Harlow! Harlow joined our rescue last week with her 4 babies, Aura, Jimmy, Skibbi and Siggy. She's a sweetheart who is learning all about home life in her foster home. She is so skinny and needs to recover from taking such great care of her babies, her last litter ever! She is not available for adoption yet, stay tuned for her official debut!

What a transformation! These little dudes were transferred to our rescue on Friday from They are the sweetest fellas but oh boy, were they a mess! Huge shout out to Monica from for giving them a much needed groom! We can clearly see their handsome faces 😍 Thank you to their amazing foster family for welcoming Harry and Lloyd into their home and donating the grooms!!! They are the luckiest pups to have you in their corner ❤️ These little dudes are not available for adoption yet, so stay tuned!!

Welcome to Hull's Haven little ones! Jimmy, Skibbi, Siggy and Aura are all clean and cozy in their foster home! These littles ones are not up for adoption yet but will be. Their Mom Harlow is finally able to focus on herself as she settles into her own foster home as well. She is so skinny 😥 Thank you to Ashley and her family for welcoming the 4 babies into their home, they are so lucky to have you!

Meet Willa!

Willa is an almost 7 year old adorable little dog whose breed we are unsure of. We think she's got a little bit of Cocker Spaniel, and maybe some mini Eskimo. It's really a guess but we do know she's cute and has the shiniest, softest black fur. Sadly, her owner passed away and little Willa got passed around a lot. Now she's looking for her forever family. She will need a forever family who will be committed to allowing her to settle in, and also one with patience to help her reach her potential. In her foster home, she gets along well with many other dogs, however Willa would prefer to be the queen, so she can have all the attention lavished upon her!
In some cases Willa is okay with cats, but in other cases, not so much, so we recommend no cats. Willa has not been with children, but we believe older kids would be fine. Willa LOVES car rides and walks! She is fantastic on leash but she DOES have leash reactivity with other dogs. She is house trained, and crate trained, although she doesn't require a crate.

Meet Bridey!!

Bridey is a stunning, gentle little 34 lb BC/Husky mix. She's around 2 years of age, with a temperament as sweet as honey! Bridey had a pretty rough start in life, never knowing where her next meal was coming from...but you'd never know it if you met her. Bridey loves everyone she meets, and is wonderful with other dogs. She walks nicely on leash, never has accidents in the house, and was crate trained inside of one day. She takes treats extremely gently, comes when called, and is just an all around fabulous little girl!

Tina has found her forever! Her new name is Elsie and she's has the best family!!!!

Let's meet the adorable Tina Turner!

Tina is an approximately 1 year old, Shih Tzu cross.
Tina is a very sweet and quiet girl that loves to cuddle up to any human and get spoiled with belly rubs!
She lives with a cat that she has no interest in at all, and a medium dog that she will interact with when outside but inside is indifferent. She has met dogs of all sizes and is fine with them but not what we would call a social butterfly.
She loves attention from her people and always wants to be noticed. She would do great as an only dog to be the centre of attention.
Tina is house trained and does well in a kennel. She is left loose in the house when her humans are at work and does good and has no accidents.

HAPPY TAIL ALERT!! This fun guy is Myles, formerly known as Tank. Myles was saved by our good friend Tracy from @earthdogterrierrescue back in April of this year. She asked if we had room for a single puppy and when our executive director saw his picture she was instantly smitten. He was welcomed into care that day. A month later he met his Mom and moved to Ontario! Now he's living his best life. He loves it at the beach (can you tell?) and everyone he meets adores him. Quite the leap from being a puppy, all alone in a remote community, to a happy beach bum in Ontario!
