La trinitaria es una flor de varios colores. Es usada en jardines por su versatilidad ya que es un arbusto trepador y en el arte botánico porque al secarse mantienen sus colores, además con ella se puede hacer tinte para pintar tela y papel. Como muchas otras flores y plantas hemos dejado de usarla como medicina con el tiempo. Sabias que la trinitaria es rica en antioxidantes y vitamina C y se usa tomándolo en pequeñas cantidades para mejorar el sistema respiratorio y desintoxicar el cuerpo. Tomar en exceso puede tener efectos laxativos.

La mejor forma de conservar el conocimiento sobre las plantas es practicándolo y compartiendo con las nuevas generaciones, aprendiendo de nuestras abuelas, abuelos, curanderos, vecinos para que el conocimiento no se siga perdiendo.
