I talk a lot about patterning with my clients as it makes training so clear for dogs. And here’s the proof! Scooby will hold a highly desirable frankfurter in his mouth, until I say his release cue, because we have patterned duration. I got this fab hack from @jorosieh in her JRH Academy and it seemed crazy at first - but I started with chin rest and it worked so well I decided to try with hold. And a few sessions later - this!
