Ripple came into Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue due to his owner going into a home and the family were unable to look after him. He is now looking to have his furever home.
He is about 6 years old and a shy young man. His fosterer has worked hard to gain his confidence and become a very affectionate companion.

He is looking for a quiet household with no other pets or children. His new owners need to be patient with him as he will hide but will eventually come out especially when it is food time.

He is microchipped, commenced his vaccination programme, had flea and worming treatments and has been neutered.

Scampi
Age: 12 Years
Scampi is a shy and sweet boy. He’s been with his foster home for three months and is really coming out of his shell: curious, chatty and affectionate. He loves his brush, his cardboard scratching pad and is beginning to play with pom poms. He’s very healthy, has a good appetite and is gentle and tidy. He is still a little restless but is increasingly seeking out the company of humans. He’s had a very difficult start in life, and we feel confident that in a loving patient home he’ll blossom and become a mainstay of the family.

*Looking for a very special home - Travis (estimated 12yrs old)*

Travis has had a hard life before he came to us. He was a long term stray with a mouth full of broken teeth, matted fur, a limp and lots of wounds. Since he has been with us he’s gone from being very shut down and depressed to the most ridiculously cuddly boy who likes to lie on his fosterer’s chest with his head on her cheek. He adores being brushed and even likes a belly rub. He’s also extremely playful and loves catnip toys, playing ping pong football and having his dinner in treat balls and other cat feeding toys. He’s had his bad teeth removed and full bloods done, which show him to be remarkably healthy, but he may be prone to arthritis as he gets older.

Because of his past he’d like a quiet home with experienced cat owners and no young children, other cats or dogs. He’s still very scared of anyone new so he’s likely to revert back to being shut down and hissy until he trusts you. Luckily his heart can be won by plenty of patience and Dreamies.
