It's Training Tip Tuesday!

It's Whippet month and lots of pet parents want to know how they can give a good outlet for that running energy. Try a lure course! A lure course is a pulley system with a plastic bag attached, meant to mimic the look of a rabbit. The bag goes around the pulley system and the dogs can run and chase to their heart's content!

Is your dog having a hard time learning how to walk on leash? 🦮We polled our professional training team and the average amount of time it took their dogs to walk nicely besides them is 1 year! 💡
Until your dog is about 1 year old, it’s important to keep expectations at an appropriate level for their ability to focus. Asking your dog to walk nicely on leash outside is like asking a 5 year old to do calculus at Disneyland 😜. Professional trainers don’t even expect that of their own dogs! 💜
