Give hundreds of stray cats and dogs a loving home and family. They need a home as much as we do. Adopt your forever friend at the animal shelter available near your home. If you live in Penang, SPCA Penang is a temporary animal shelter to help stray cats and dogs until a home is found for them. Do remember to wear your mask when you visit them!
