Congrats to Ellie and her cattle dog, Eddie! They had a lovely Open Standard Q with a first place! Also congrats to my PyrShep Remy who had a nice Excellent FAST Q with a 2nd place.

This was the first time for both of these boys showing indoor on artificial turf and boy did they go fast!! Fun!

Way to go Maggie and her Border Collie, Thistle!
Thistle took her Rally training to the Obedience ring and earned a 2nd with a score of 196/200 and a 5th with a score of 186/200 in Beginner Novice! Thistle says she much prefers agility!

CEDT dogs rocked this weekends rally trial!! All dogs qualified in all their runs, all earned new titles and all earned placements!

Border Collie, Thistle, and Maggie had 12 qualifying runs over 2 days! This was Thistles first weekend going for the triple Qs and she earned 4! Two of them with perfect 300 scores! She also completed her Masters title and had several nice placements in large and competitive classes.

Border Collie, Mackie, and Laura had 4 lovely qualifying runs- and finished their Advanced title, moving on to Excellent for the last run of the day. All first places and mostly perfect 100 scores! 🤩

Pyrenean Shepherd, Remy, and I completed two triple Qs, with 6 qualifying scores, 4 of them perfect 100’s and several nice placements in tough classes! He also earned his Master title.

Go team CEDT!!

A little late due to my recent move but CEDT students knocked it out of the park at the recent AKC agility trial in Ocala. There were NINE student dog and handlers competing and all did fantastic! Thanks to those who shared pics- we’ve got Bella, Thistle, Fio, Finn, Eddie and Smarty. Not pictured are Mackie, Akira and my Remy. I’ll add each dogs accomplishments to their pics comment.

Congrats to the dog and handler teams that competed in the Season 5 AKC Agility League with CEDT! Clean Sweep medals were earned by Ellie and both her dogs, Tommy and Eddie, Maggie and Thistle and Tom and Smarty. Shout out also to Debbie and Finn who earned 3rd place in their jump height!

I was traveling- so these brags are a little late but well deserved!! Maggie and Thistle made their agility debut last weekend with three nice Q’s!! First in Novice Fast, Second and First in Novice Standard!! Laura and Mackey had an awesome First Place Q in Open Jumpers- keeping those bars up!! Woohoo!!

CEDT dog and handler teams had a great weekend at Pals and Paws AKC Agility trial in Jacksonville. April’s Fio had a great Open FAST Q and earned their third Open JWW Q meaning they move on to Excellent! Both were first places! Ellie’s Eddie had a Novice FAST Q and a Novice Standard Q! A first and a third place! My Remy had an Open Fast Q and first place with 78 points, earning his title and moving into Excellent! Way to go teams!

Congrats to Fio, Finn and Remy who had a blast at their first CPE Speedway trial! The Speedway games are fun, fast and confidence building- and the trial was smooth and done before lunch! All three boys brought home a lot of placement ribbons in Pole Position, Pit Stop, Hairpin and Slingshot- and Remy earned enough points to achieve his first Speedway title! Finn and Fio even ran some of the team games and did great!!

Last weekend was a great one for CEDT dog and handlers competing at the GODC Agility trial. Many congrats to student dogs Fio, Finn, Eddie and my Remy! But special congrats to Tom and Smarty for two nice Q’s, both first places and their new FAST Open title!!

Our AKC Agility League teams had 5 team members achieve the Season 4 Clean Sweep awards for having perfect runs all season long- here are two of them, Ellie with Eddie and Maggie with Thistle showing off their medals. Not pictured but also award winning are Tom and Smarty, Bill and Sydney and Ellie and Tommy!! Congrats!!

A great weekend of AKC Agility in Jacksonville for three awesome CEDT students. Fio, Finn and Eddie earned 1st placements in their respective Jumpers With Weaves classes!! Way to go!!

Big congrats to CEDT students at Rally and Agility shows over the last couple weekends!!

Agility:
Smarty and Tom had 2 lovely Qs and all first placements! Open Jumpers, Standard and FAST!

Eddie and Ellie had 2 Qs and their first AKC qualifying runs! A first and a second in Novice Standard and Jumpers!

Finn and Debbie had a smoking and high score in Open FAST!

Rally:
Jada and Lisa earned a QQQ, doing a fantastic job working their way toward RACH!

Thistle and Maggie ran 4 lovely Master runs-even earning a 1st place with a perfect 100 over very experience dogs!

So proud of these teams

Brags for CEDT students from the past weekends trials! Thistle competed in three days of Rally trials, earning her Advanced and Excellent titles with awesome scores and placements! Finn competed in Agility on Sunday, with two qualifying runs of a First and Second place and he earned his Novice Jumpers Prefered title! Remy competed in Rally on Saturday with 6 qualifying runs of high scores and placements, and 3 qualifying runs on Sunday with 2 First placements and a second, earning his Novice Standard title!! Fio, the Iggy not pictured, also had some beautiful agility runs in Open, building his confidence!

Though I enjoyed judging all the teams at yesterdays ACT trial- special congrats to CEDT students, Ellie and her recently rescued cattle dog, Eddie and Kim and her home bred Border Collie, Grace. These are two very young, green dogs that had an amazing day during their first trial experience. It’s been so much fun watching these pups go from newbies to just about ring ready! Both earned new ACT titles with nice placements!!

More brags for CEDT student Kim and Border Collie, Grace. They finished their Rally Novice title today with scores of 90 and 96 including a 2nd place! Way to go!

From today’s MADTA Rally trial- Congrats to student Kim and her Border Collie, Grace. They made their rally debut in Novice with scores of 99 and 97- earning a 3rd placement in the morning trial. My Pyr Shep, Remy had a rocky start to the morning due to severe thunderstorms that really stressed him out- I scratched him in all but Masters. Thankfully the weather cleared for the afternoon and he earned a QQQ, ending with a perfect 100 in Advanced B. Honorable mention to Lisa and her Border Collie, Jada. They were entered in the morning trial during the storm and Lisa made the right call for Jada to scratch her and not lose the confidence she’s been working so hard to build. I know you’ll rock it next time!

CEDT students cleaned up last weekend in both Agility and Rally! Big congrats to Fio and Finn for having 5 perfect 1st place runs each in CPE agility. And more congrats to Thistle for a 1st and a 3rd in Intermediate Rally in some very challenging show conditions! So proud of our CEDT dogs and handlers!

Good news from the GODC agility trials this weekend. Both Fio and Finn earned their Novice FAST titles! Fio also went on to earn his Novice JWW title as well! Tommy earned his Open JWW title! So proud of these dogs and handlers as they move up the levels into Open and Excellent!! Lots of blue ribbons today!

Great news from the Jacksonville agility trial today! Debbie with Finn (corgi) and April with Fio (Iggy) both had 1st places in FAST this morning! I love watching these young teams grow their confidence as all the pieces come together. Way to go!!!

A great weekend of agility for CEDT dogs! Spice and Maggie earned their Novice FAST title as well as a nice Q in Novice JWW. Fio and April earned a Novice FAST Q as well as a Open Standard Q for their first try at Open! Debbie and Finn earned a nice Novice JWW Q with a first place! My Remy finished his Novice FAST title! It’s so much fun to watch these Novice dogs grow in their confidence. Go team!
