Lincoln LOVES his octopus with catnip! Cotton is the better yarn because cats can lick and lick and lick and lick without their tongues sticking to the yarn, which can happen with acrylic because it is just not as smooth. Cotton is a natural fiber, whereas acrylic is synthetic. Cotton is also more expensive in the store, hence the slight upcharge!
