If you’re looking for a new furry friend to brighten your life, Rocket will “rocket” his way into your heart! This sweet baby was born in a parking lot in Texas and has spent the first months of his life in a shelter. Since making the trip to Buffalo, he has been enjoying the snow and learning how to live the life of a house dog. He is crate trained and excellent on a leash. He is nearly potty trained and knows a few commands. He is great with other dogs and older children, but we don’t know about cats or young kids since he hasn’t been around them. He loves to play with toys and to sleep on soft blankets. He is a great snuggler and sleeper. He has the most expressive ears and makes us laugh every single day. He would be fine with other dogs or as the only dog as long as he gets enough love from his people. We think he will be a medium size dog when he is full grown. He is neutered, microchipped, and ready to fill your home with love!

Hi guys! I’m Beau, short for beautiful, don’t you think?! I made a long trek from Texas, but I think I was made for Buffalo. I am loving the snow!
My foster mom calls me a couch potato, it’s just so comfy. I play in the snow and then come in and chill. I lived with some dogs in Texas so I’m definitely good with them, but not sure about cats.
I have two human foster bros here in NY - they are pretty cool! I sniff everyone pretty good at first but then have loved everyone I met!
If one more person tells me how pretty my eyes are….😂❄️ I guess that’s my selling point!
But not just that - I’m potty trained! I haven’t needed a crate, I don’t get into anything!
Put a blanket on the couch or a dog bed and I’ll be set!

Why hasn’t Lamar been adopted ?! 🥹 We can’t figure it out—he’s absolutely perfect! Every family has fallen in love. This sweet boy has been waiting so long to find his forever home, and all he wants for Christmas 🎅🏼 is a family to love. ❤️ Lamar adores humans, children, and other dogs.
