Love a leisurely weekend morning sniffari.😍 So many smells in those leaves. Most weekday evening walks have been cut short in the last week because of fireworks going off so early.😞

Protect your dog from abuse of aversive tactics.

Select your dog professionals carefully.

Educate yourself how training methods affect dogs physically & psychologically, because I guarantee - they come with a hefty price dogs pay.

Don’t believe that your dog’s behaviour can be “fixed” in 1-2 sessions, because that is a lie. Any behaviour takes time to change.

Be prepared to invest in R+ training, because that is the only effective and 🇪​🇹​🇭​🇮​🇨​🇦​🇱​ way.

Don’t rely on shortcuts.

Trust the process, which yes, may take a while.

Don’t be afraid to ditch a professional if your dog is scared of them, or if your gut tells you.

Protect your dogs at all cost - they only have you to stand up for them.

Rogue's matching collar and long lead (15ft). This biothane stuff isn't cheap, but it will last. The lead can be dragged through mud and leaves and just wiped clean.

Just starting to do short walks again after breaking my ankle in January. I can finally try out Rogue's lovely new long line.

Rogue likes to rearrange his apartment sometimes.😆 I always make sure it's nice and neat before he gets in, but if he finds this comfy it's his choice.😄
