New year, new changes.
We will be updating all of our policies, fees, & contracts for this year's litters.
For co-owns, buyouts will not be an option, except in special cases. Our co-own contracts are likely getting a serious overhaul.
We will also be upping deposit fees and updating deposit contracts.
Starting with this year's litters, all puppies must be picked up by 12 weeks.
Payment plans will not be an option like they have been in the past. All final payments will need to be paid on pickup day.
Not many points, but if all points for 2023 are calculated, Faith stayed tied for the #1 GSD in Alabama.

No puppies. She just got fat. Apparently she can't be fed the same amount on PPP that she's normally fed. 😅 It is what it is.

Hopefully, we'll have confirmation of pregnancy soon. We will be looking for a co-owner for a male show prospect.

Over 10k on my dogs annually. 🤦♀️😱😭😅 Dogs are expensive. Taking care of dogs is expensive. Breeding is expensive. Breeding reputably, ethically, and responsibly is even more expensive. 2021 was 14k loss. With only 5k brought back in from puppies. I'm still calculating 2022. I'm 1/2 way done in my calculations, and I'm up to 6k in losses. But only $2960 was brought in from puppies because one person hasn't paid, one person paid their deposit and decided to wait for a different litter (the available female), I had 4 co-owns (who only pay $100 to $250 for their co-own fees, depending on the age of the puppy), and have only had 2 of the 8 puppies paid for in full. I'm not complaining, I still love what I do because those that have my puppies are very happy with them. I'm just making the point that breeders aren't making the big bucks that people think they are. Breeding is expensive and stressful and can be terrifying, traumatizing, and heartbreaking But, it does have its joys. Not my video. Video Credit goes to @andromeda.the.aussie on tiktok.
