Super proud of Maggie and Friday at PSJ show in Aiken today! They worked really hard and came home with some great ribbons out of a good group of horses! As always, thanks coach Sid for supervising us all.

It’s hot out! Please note that we may be cutting lessons a little shorter this week due to the heat. Lots of time will be spent giving baths and cooling the horses down to take the best care of them possible during the high temps. Thanks everyone for understanding!

My lesson program will not be the same without the little horse who started it all. Laurel was my horse of a lifetime and nothing will ever replace that. Lessons this week are canceled and I will be contacting clients individually to reschedule. Thank you to everyone for understanding.

Based in Hodges, SC 15min from uptown Greenwood. Jessica also travels to the surrounding areas for lessons at your property as well. Jessica Reed Training is a small lesson program offering private English and Western lessons. Specializing in beginner/intermediate kids (and kids at heart), my goal is to teach care and love for the horse first and riding second. Good riding starts with good horsemanship. Each lesson consists of learning proper horse care as well as riding time. During our riding time we focus on getting the basics down before moving ahead. My hope is that through the horses we can all not only learn to ride and have fun, but also learn to be better people through it all.
