Can be shipped. Buyer pays shipping. Discounts available for purchase of multiples. Each is made with 3 doubled strands of 550 paracord, so 6 braided strands across. Heavy duty chain, brass hook on each end and extra ring to hook and pull around tree/pole if needed to tie dog. These are very strong. If you have any trouble with braid under normal use, bring it back and we will fix it or make another in exchange.
