2024 season has officially started as we have the first clutch from our original pairing! Cappuccino (name not her morph) and Ember got a head start with mating season this season. Here's hoping our Sarasinorim geckos lay soon too.

Look who hatched!

Exciting news this evening as our first crested gecko baby came out of the egg! This little one was bred from Cappuccino (female) and Ember (male). We'll 100% be holding onto this one to raise up since it's our first hatchling but there will be more to come from this pairing.

Just found an awesome surprise! Apparently our female Sarasinorum gecko from MFA.Reptiles was gravid and we have our first eggs already!

The crested gecko is a New Caledonian species once thought to be extinct! The best thing, aside from how cute they are, is that they are quite easy to care for.

We called it! Just found our first pair of eggs from these two. Mom (left) is Cappuccino and dad (right) is Ember. We are SO EXCITED to see the babies produced.

Do you have reptiles?

No matter what kind of reptile you keep, you should also have a first aid kit! Coming in a few weeks is "Protec the Geck First Aid", the first aid kit for all your reptiles and the first of our Protec the Geck health line 😁

Treat minor wounds (like a cut on your bearded dragon's tail after falling from their basking spot) or stabilize bigger wounds before heading to the vet (great for burns or bites).
