Wellllll this just happened! Video in the comments of a puppy devouring charcoal. Why charcoal you might ask, positive for ma*****na. She also has demodex mange. Off to a rough start in life for sure. Hopefully, with our help she will make a full recovery. Then she can find a loving home.

Had a fantastic team building meeting at Cinergy this evening, with axe throwing and food. So thankful to everyone that showed up, even after a hard days work. What a great group of people to be able to work alongside with. This will be posted in several posts. Only allowed 10 pictures per post. 😔😁🥰

It is extremely risky for them to go to the shelter due to recent parvo puppies.

Today we celebrated a true icon — Dr. Slusher — on his 80th birthday with a heartfelt work party filled with joy, laughter, and a few happy tears. 💙🎂
From clients to colleagues (and even a few surprise guests!), everyone showed up to honor the man who has spent decades caring for our community’s animals with unmatched compassion and dedication.
Even Maee, our beloved clinic dog, joined the celebration — because let’s be honest, Dr. Slusher has a fan club that crosses species. 🐶🐾
Dr. Slusher, your wisdom, kindness, and steady presence have shaped this clinic and all of us who are lucky enough to work with you. You’ve not only healed countless animals over the years, you’ve also built a legacy of love, mentorship, and integrity that continues to inspire us every day.
Here’s to 80 amazing years — and to the countless lives you’ve touched (furry and human alike). We’re so grateful to celebrate you today.

💔 With broken hearts, we had to say goodbye to our sweet clinic cat after his short battle with renal failure.

He came to us at 38 lbs and, with care, made it down to 22 lbs. Through every step of his journey, he was our constant companion—whether stretched out in the office, watching us work from his cat tree, or parked by the fridge in his favorite spot. He always had a way of making us smile, and without fail, he knew exactly when it was feeding time.

He was more than our clinic cat—he was family. His quiet presence brought us comfort on hard days and joy on the good ones. We’ll miss his little routines, the way he watched over us, and the warmth he brought into our lives.

Today, we say our final farewell. Though our hearts are heavy, we are so grateful for the time we had with him. His pawprints will remain with us always. 🐾❤️

We are asking for thoughts and prayers for one of beloved clinic cats. Over the past year, he has been on a successful diet, going from 38 lbs down to 22lbs with the help of our team’s care and his determination. He is a such a special part of our clinic family, and we know so many of you have followed his journey.

Unfortunately, he has now been diagnosed with acute renal failure. Our staff is doing everything possible to keep him comfortable and shower him with love during this difficult time as he continues his fight.
