I am a country girl through and through. I love walking, horse riding and spending time with my family. I have 2 cats, 3 horses and a gorgeous Cocker Spaniel who does everything with me. She is the reason I became a professional gundog trainer. I have taught hundreds of dogs and th

eir owners, from puppy to advanced. It is incredibly rewarding to see dogs go from the very beginnings of training through to that well rounded, happy, contented and confident dog. As well as well the owners being so proud to have such a well behaved and obedient dog, that they trained themselves! I feel proud to have helped so many dogs and their owners achieve amazing relationships. I have been a passionate Accredited Petcare Professional for over 20 years and have had dogs and cats all my life. Caring for other peoples pets began when I started my own boarding cattery business in 2006. During this time I developed excellent professional relationships with local vets and suppliers, was involved in shaping government legislation in relation to pet boarding, wrote business articles for the pet trade press, produced procedural documentation for members of the Pet Industry Federation as well as providing management advice and training. I wanted to create a new concept dog business, providing exactly what owners want for their much loved canines. It is so important for dogs to have both physical and mental stimulation to enhance their lives and to build close bonds with their owners. My reputation is built on years of commitment, professional service and building excellent relationships with clients. I am committed to ensuring clients and their dogs achieve their training goals in a friendly, caring and knowledgeable environment. But I also want clients to understand their dogs and develop a close bond with them, so that they don’t just use the exercises I give them to train their dogs, but to also be able to have fun with them. I offer dog walking too. All work with dogs requires dedication and patience and is something I am passionate about. Your dog is important to you, they are part of your family. When they walk with me, I consider them to part of my family too and will forge a bond with them so that they accept and trust me as part of their wider pack. I want to be able to give you peace of mind that your dog is in safe hands and that whilst in my care, they are of paramount importance. But also to ensure they are having a great time on their walks! Having a well trained dog makes them a pleasure to own. I only use force free, rewards based dog training using up to date, scientifically proven, training techniques, alongside walking, on a 1 to 1 basis or in small groups.
