It's just too hot....
It's too hot for hounds or humans. We will not be at our Friday spot today. Too hot on the feet just to get there. Best to stay indoors and cool your toes. We will be in Terwilliger park early tomorrow and Sunday. The grass and river are much cooler.

Homer, the African Grey parrot came by to visit today. Tried to get him to try the sunflower banana cookie, but he was more interested in the sweet sticks treats his people had. Too bad plucky was away.

Regular customers may have noticed Plucky has been absent since earlier this spring. We want to thank his Irish cousin, O'Reilly, for helping us out, but his work visa is expiring soon.

We would like to introduce our newest Service Assistant, Guanciale. Guanciale comes from a long line of Italian food service pros. He will be a greatly appreciated member of the staff. We have outfitted him in the appropriate uniform, with name tag, so people can get to know him. Please join us in welcoming Guanciale to and we all look forward to seeing you soon.

Brazilian Lemonade

Cool and refreshing, yet smooth and creamy. Our take on the latest internet rage. We tasted many versions, and really like this one. Come try something new today.

Fun fact. In Portuguese, Lime is pronounced Limão which when spoken, sounds a lot like lemon to us Northerners , which is why Brazilian Lemonade is made with limes.

We still have our fresh squeezed, made with real lemons, lemonade in the truck as well.

Iced coffee is back.
Our custom blended coffee is Cold Brewed for Iced coffee, and is back for the summer in the food truck. Sweet and creamy, or cold and black, we can make it how you like it.

Fiesta!!!! Celebrate Cinco De Mayo today in with us. For the people, We have very tasty Aqua Fresca in Watermelon and Horchata and the Marranitos cookies.
