Communication is the Secret!
Does your horse truly understand what you are asking? Let’s teach our horses how to understand us in such a simple way. Let your horse ask you questions! Give them time to figure out what you are asking. Don’t just tell them what to do.
Caroline Anderson has spent a lifetime with horses learning how to communicate with them. No, I am not a”horse whisper” , just years of experience has taught me there is a better way to communicate with each and every horse.
As a dressage rider and coach it is important to not make our horses do movements but ask them to do them. We should never force our horses to do anything.
If we have to force them then we have a problem they might not be understanding what you are asking. Learn how to use various techniques to improve your communication such TTEAM and TRT Method. These methods are also used when riding. Most is just learning how to work smart with our horses.

We will look at:
Current training
Any behavioural issues
Saddle fit
Foot condition
Overall body condition
Correct bit fit and condition of teeth
Recommendations made for what you can do to help your horse. Could be simple changes to training, or how to handle horses better on the ground.
Will demonstrate techniques that you can learn to do with your horse
Cost for 2 hours assessment: $80
Dressage Lessons: $65
Training sessions ground & mounted $65
Who is Caroline Anderson?
Caroline moved to PEI June 2021 from Carleton Place, Ontario (west of Ottawa). Retired from driving City buses in Ottawa. Now here on the island close to family, we are all from Ontario.
Caroline has been in horses for much of her lifetime. Has been involved in hunters, jumpers but her true love is Dressage. And a love for Communication!
Caroline brings to any training session passion and knowledge of various techniques.
Looking to establish a small clientele on the Island. Clinics also available throughout the Maritimes.
Caroline is also available to Judge Dressage shows, from in barn to lower level Gold shows as an Equestrian Canada “r” Recorded Judge since 2002.
