We thought we’d share the variety of eggs our girls produce, ranging from Extra Large to Medium. The eggs vary in shape and size each day. We’ve been told that many of our Large and Extra Large eggs are double yolkers, and we’ve even collected a few jumbo sizes recently. When placing eggs in our cartons, we follow the weight chart provided by Inspections Canada.

✨Please message us to check availability and secure your fresh eggs!🍳

Our eggs are washed, checked for cracks (candled), and stored at 7°C or below to meet regulations. Our cartons contain Medium to X-Large sizes, never Small or Peewee. Please note, our eggs are ungraded/uninspected, meaning they aren't sized or packed at a registered grading station. However, rest assured, they are perfectly safe to eat!

Did you know we have some handmade craft pieces for sale! All pieces are displayed and for sale through the Village of Stirling Office. Most materials used are sourced from the farm!

With the chicks growing up fast, we anticipate egg production to start in mid-August! When mature, our ladies should be laying medium-large eggs. If all goes well, we also hope to produce some purebred Barred Plymouth Rock hatching eggs next year. We have a nice pair of roosters who became quite fond of the chicks when they were only seven weeks old!
