This handsome 10 year old Leapord appaloosa is up for “adoption”.
Pongo has seen and done most of it. He has worked the ranch, rode feedlots, snubbed colts etc. He is good in the arena and out on the trail. More woah then go but he isn’t lazy. Neck reins well, side passes, stands, loads, backs out, he does all the things he should. Not a lot phases him.
Amazing ground manners and a very very easy keeper. Your kid or husband can tote around on him, and you don’t need to worry. Stands right at 15 hands. Sound and barefoot. No scars or bumps.

This is how the beautiful Prada goes 🐴 she is a pure Appaloosa filly, daughter of Justin out of the Qh Helmans mare Foxy Sussie. the drought last year hit us very hard in our area and his mother dried up her milk in full development, so we were forced to continue raising him without his mother for the benefit of both. After several months, we already see very good results, Prada has very special shapes: very good head, very short ears, an impeccable neck, good inserts and a beautiful color (it is palomina, with its completely white mane and has manifested the gene Dun (mule stripe)). She will be a very special mare and a worthy representative of the breed..

Today, we started working with Dexter. He appears to have been under saddle before his rescue. Nonetheless, we take it slow and have a from the ground up process. Also, we keep the sessions very short as to not to overwhelm the horse.

Welcome Sonny & Lucky!
Sunny is the sorrel gelding and Lucky is a palomino mare. Both are in their early twenties, and had not been handled for sometime. Although both are shy, they are sweet and we were able to groom and trim their feet this weekend. We look forward to getting to know their personality and see what adventure might be in store for them!

We are in AZ for the Picket Post XP Ride. We arrived one day early to explore the trails and in the process lost boots four different times! What a pain in the rear!!! Luckily, we realized it right away and put them back on after retrieving them. Why are boots such a pain?!?!

We renamed him Dexter, somehow that matches him. He is an extremely sweet approx. eight year old gelding who arrived from quarantine last week. Dr. Darrow checked him over on Wednesday and will come back on the 29th of February to float his teeth. He was immunized and wormed during quarantine, but he still is wormy. Dr. Darrow prescribed a power pack wormer and we will also have a f***l count done.

We rescued Dexter at Bowie, TX loose horse auction in January. He was very sick during quarantine and had quite a few veterinary appointments. He had pretty severe equine influenza, fortunately not strangles.

The vet was here a couple hours ago for coggins and check-ups. I decided to lunge Jasper & Jupiter afterwards. It's INSA...

Foxy got a little bit of turnout in my round pen yesterday in-between rain storms. If your turn your sound up you'll hear her snorting 😂 I was hoping she'd prance around because she's a pretty mover! But she just cautiously walked around snorting lol

Ok so I have a man door that goes from my tack room into Jasper & Jupiter's pasture. Jupiter ALWAYS has his butt right against that door, wether he's tied up or not 😂 but no he's absolutely not kicky I just push him out of my way lol
