With that being said, I am starting the next chapter in my life where I will eventually no longer be living in Hinton, AB. It is with a heavy heart that I make this post, but as of Sept. 30, 2022, Jess&Oak Dog Walking/Animal Care Services will be shutting it's doors.

❤️DO NOT WORRY!!!!❤️ My beloved friend, Tristan, who most of you already know as my amazing dog walker/cat sitter/animal whisperer, will be taking over the business - UNDER A NEW NAME!! Tristan will offer the exact same services and will keep the same clientele we have now, as well as take on new clients.

STAY TUNED for Tristan's new business name for the future Dog Walking/Animal Care Service business of Hinton, AB.

I can't put in to words, the amount of thanks and appreciation I have towards all of my clients and their fur babies. You made one of my dreams become possible and I couldn't have done it without you guys and your adorable fur babies 🥰🐶🐱.

Jess&Oak’s Story

Hi everyone, my name is Jess and the big furry labradoodble you see in most of my posts, is Oakley :) We moved here from Ontario in 2013 and haven’t looked back since.

I have many years of experience with all sorts of animals. My family always had animals as I was growing up and I was always the kid who would land home with a stray cat or two, begging my mom if we could keep him/her. I worked on a horse farm back in Ontario for a couple years which was a dream! I also have worked at an SPCA in Ontario and I volunteer at the one in Hinton whenever I can. When I moved out to Alberta I bought my first horse ever. It was one of my major goals in life.

I have started a business that offers dog walking & animal care services. When we aren’t working, Oakley and I are out in the wilderness, on adventures and swimming in the lakes when its warm enough! Oakley and myself get along very well with all animals and we love to help! We hope to hear from you and we look forward to adding you and your furry family members to our tribe :)
