No adoptions last night but we sure had a great time at the last Concerts in the Park of the summer season! We have puppies to seniors patiently waiting for their perfect forever homes. All of these gorgeous faces are available and ready for adoption! We also want to thank all of our amazing Foxy and the Hounds fosters who take the very best care of our rescues. Fosters save lives and we are forever grateful!

KODA is a gorgeous 5 month old, 33 lb, male German Shepherd mix puppy.

GRANDMA SHORTY is a teeny tiny 14 year-old, 6 lb, female senior Chihuahua.

LUCKY MARY is a beautiful, smaller 1 year old, 55 lb, female German Shepherd mix.

BALOO & SIMBA are super sweet 4 1/2 month old, 20 lb, possibly German Shorthair Pointer/Pit/American Bulldog mix puppies. They are all boys.

MAGOO is the cutest 1 year, 15 lb, male Poodle/Tibetan Terrier mix.

Adoption fees include being up to date on vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and spay/neuter:
$295 for seniors 8+ years
$395 for adult dogs 1 - 7 years old
$495 for puppies 8 weeks - 1 year old

LUCKY MARY is a beautiful, smaller 1 year old, 55 lb, female German Shepherd mix.

GRANDMA SHORTY is a teeny tiny 14 year-old, 6 lb, female senior Chihuahua.

MAGOO is the cutest lil’ 1 year, 15 lb, male Poodle/Tibetan Terrier mix you have ever seen. He has been returned to us twice now and we just know the third time will be the charm. The first return was because Magoo was a bit of a jerk to the husband and was becoming aggressive towards him. The second return was with a single woman who decided she just didn’t have enough time for him. We work so hard to place our rescues in the right homes and we feel terrible that he has been failed twice already. Magoo is actually very sensitive and needs a dog saavy owner who will set boundaries and limitations for him. He does not want to be in charge and just needs guidance. When he knows what is expected of him, he is the most loving, happy, fun, and truly the sweetest dog ever. Magoo is hypoallergenic, fully housebroken, great on walks, and will be waiting to meet you Sunday!

KOKOMO will not be at Sunday’s Adoption Event because KOKOMO HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!
We are over the moon that Kokomo has found his perfect forever home! Thank you Victoria Brown for opening your home and your heart to this sweet boy. Victoria actually came to meet Kokomo several weeks ago at our Foxy and the Hounds adoption event and just couldn’t stop thinking about him. She reached out and we did another meet and greet and well, the rest is history. He is living his best life and Kokomo is exactly where he belongs!

This is such a perfect match and we are ecstatic about this adoption. Our hearts are so full and we could not be any happier knowing that Kokomo will have a lifetime filled with love, cuddles, daily belly rubs, and the most beautiful family to call his own!

GRANDMA SHORTY is a resilient 6 lb, 14 year old Chihuahua who's rising above her past with a renewed sense of purpose and a heart full of love. This teeny tiny warrior has been through tough times, but she's has come a long way and is ready to share her affection and cuddles with the right person. This little old gal is seeking a compassionate and understanding adopter who will give her the space to heal and rebuild her trust. Don't let her feisty side fool you, Grandma Shorty is a total softie at heart and loves nothing more than to snuggle up with you on the couch. With all that she has been through, a home without small children would be best, but she gets along great with other dogs. Grandma Shorty is ready to live her best life and to have her golden years be golden!

KOKOMO is the sweetest 2 year old, male Maltipoo you will ever meet! Although the longer we have him, the more he’s starting to look like a Westie or a Schnoodle, which is the breed he’s in the bed with in the pic. Kokomo is all love and would make the perfect companion for somebody who wants a little buddy to hang out with. He is mellow, happy, loyal, cuddly, affectionate, and such a kind soul. He can be a tad bit timid at first, but wth a little patience, he warms up quickly and is so incredibly loving. All he wants to do is be with you and will be your best friend for life. When we got him a month ago, he was completely emaciated and weighed only 8 lbs, half of his normal body weight. He has since gained almost 4 lbs and should slowly gain another 4 lbs to reach his optimum weight. He looks and feels so much better and watching him blossom has been absolutely beautiful. Kokomo is a diamond in the rough and now he is sparkling and finally ready for adoption!

MAMA LADY and the last 2 of her 12 gorgeous puppies, BALOO & SIMBA, will all be at the Foxy and the Hounds Adoption Event SUNDAY, AUGUST 24th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. for the very last Concerts in the Park of the summer season. Baloo is so cute and he is truly Mama’s Mini-Me, and Simba is absolutely adorable and his brindle coloring is simply stunning. There will be puppies to senior dogs there, all ready and waiting to be adopted. You will easily see our Foxy pop up tents at the end of all the vendor booths in the middle of the park. LADY is the sweetest 2 year old, 65 lb, female mixed breed, possibly German Shorthair Pointer/Pit or smaller Great Dane mix. She is pure perfection and is so grateful, affectionate, gentle and kind! She loves her daily walks through the neighborhood and everybody always stops to pet her and tell her how beautiful she is. She loves a belly rub and just wants to be wherever you are. We rescued Lady from Devore Shelter several months ago. She had a whopping 12 puppies and did an incredible job raising her babies. 10 of her puppies have been adopted and now it’s time for Lady to find her happily ever after!

BALOO & SIMBA are adorable 4 1/2 month old, males, possibly German Shorthair Pointer/Pit/American Bulldog mix puppies. But whatever they are is ridiculously cute! They weigh about 20 lbs right now and will be large dogs around 60 lbs full grown. They are so sweet, playful, friendly, social, and funny. They love other dogs and kids too, and would make a great addition to any family. These goofballs will be waiting to steal your heart this Sunday!

KODA is a ridiculously adorable 4 month old, 29 lb, male German Shepherd mix puppy who's basically a big ball of fluffy joy. This goofy little dude is happy, playful, sweet natured, well mannered, friendly, and absolutely thrilled to be out of the shelter. He's a total rockstar with other dogs, great in the car, and oh yeah…. Koda is housebroken! It's clear this little guy is destined for doggy greatness, and all he wants is a family to call his own!

Foxy and the Hounds rescued sweet Koda from the West Valley Animal Shelter about 10 days ago, and now it's time to find this amazing pup the perfect forever home where he can continue to thrive. Thank you Tim & Diana Bodden for fostering him for us. He’s such a good boy and deserves the best home ever. CAPTAIN HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!
We had a blast at our event yesterday and this cutie patootie pup found his perfect forever home! Thank you Shonese & Vladimir Bermudez for opening your home and your hearts to sweet Captain. This is such a great match and we are excited for his adventures and fun times ahead. We have no doubt Captain is exactly where he belongs. 10 of the 12 puppies from this gorgeous litter are now adopted, and Simba & Baloo are patiently waiting for their happily ever afters!

Thank you Sina and Samantha Gilmore for fostering Captain and takng such great care of him for us. Thank you to The Stonehaus for having Foxy and the Hounds back for another fabulous adoption event. Our hearts are so full, and we could not be any happier knowing that Captain will have a lifetime filled with love, cuddles, belly rubs, and the most beautiful family to call his own!

You can take her anywhere with you and she’s very much a velcro dog. Lucky Mary is a rockstar, boasting a multitude of awesome qualities; she is housebroken, intelligent, affectionate, playful, happy, and a social butterfly who loves other dogs. Now that her puppies have flown the coop, it's time for Mary to find her own happily ever after. She's a total pro on a leash, a natural with kids, and just wants a family to call her own!

She needs a patient and loving adopter who won't mind giving this little old lady some space to unwind and learn to trust again. She can be a feisty lil’ thing, but we've made some serious progress and now she she's all about the kisses and cuddles on the couch. With all that she has been through, it was no surprise that it would take some time for her to feel safe again, so a home without small children would be best. She gets along great with other dogs and is ready to make the most of her golden years and shine brighter than ever!
