It was a busy weekend at The Hay Patch!!
Our youngest son was finally able to break ground to start on his new home with getting the driveway in💪
Both of our fillies are doing great and will soon head to the trainer🐎 with Lelo being saddled for the first time and handling it like a pro🐴 and…. We got a couple more acres fenced off for them to enjoy ☺️
Then… We were off with the boys today to add some chickens 🐓 to the farm!! Thanks Cathy Straight they were so excited 😆
I love spring weather and hope March didn’t come in like a lamb 🐑 to go out like a lion 🦁

Please do NOT use space heaters to warm the barn.
There's too much of a risk of a malfunction.
A barn is combustible by nature. Wood, hay, sawdust, cobwebs, dry materials.
There's too much at risk.
Pile on the blankets and clothing. Put them in sunshine.
Tomorrow it will be above freezing!
