Today, our last puppy has joined his forever family. It was a pleasure to meet these like minded poodles lovers, who already have 2 beautiful standards. He is going to fit right in!

Our last little girl found a best friend! We think she’ll be happy with her new family on their cattle farm. ❤️🐾😊

Our sweet yellow girl is travelling the farthest of any of Sunny’s pups. She flies to Boston tomorrow! Her new family includes another standard poodle, Wesley. ❤️

Mom doesn’t feel as overwhelmed with just 4 babies wanting to play. She’s actually enjoying it!

One of the neat things about raising standard poodle puppies is meeting their new owners. Six pups went to their forever homes this past week. We’re happy and proud to place them with these families. (some are not pictured). Here’s a few random pictures from the week.

Today, these babies had their first visit to the vet. Dr. Natalie at Warrick Veterinary Clinic examined each one and they received their 6-wk distemper/parvo vaccines. They look pitifully cute behind bars!

Bath time!!! The pups are getting ready for their vet visit and first vaccines. They love to dry in the pack-n-play by the fireplace.

The pups had their first out door adventure today. Thank you Sarah Boren for all your help! With their favorite blanket you became home base for them! Afterwards they settled in for a long nap. 😊

The pups have graduated to the Poodle Parlor where they got their first taste of solid food. It’s “puppy mush”. Purina Pro-Plan Large Breed Puppy softened with water. I can’t believe how fast they’re changing!

The pups are beginning to open their eyes!!! I was able to get these pictures of two of our available females. The brown baby is purple collar (AKA Holly). The black girl is pink collar(AKA Snowflake).

Oh my Heart, this is a nice batch of pups! (I may have said that about all of Sunny’s litters 😉) Day 12 and they all weigh over 1 pound and some of our boys are at least 2 lbs. Sunny is a very attentive mom and big sister, Julie, loves to help!

I have to brag on one of Sunny’s pups. This is Toby. He is 7 months old and has completed his first obedience class. He graduated with all A’s. He is well on his way to being a service dog, spending time with the folks at SIRS and receiving training for his certification.
