In the Amateur:
My Rock’s Romans Road “Roman” took 2nd place.
My Rock’s He Knows My Name “Chosen” took the RJ.

My Rock’s Worthy to be Chosen “Worthy” took 3rd place in the Derby.

What a wonderful club. They have tons of workers, very organized and I got to shoot flyers. 😁

Wishing everyone the best at the National Amateur! We will miss you.

During my season of running FTs (October-April) FC-AFC Chosen and AFC Reign Qualified to run. After praying I felt peace…. it best not to go and save the money.
This was a first for me to qualify them both. 🥰 I am so proud of my two dogs for the effort they put in and to God for the journey.

So enjoy standing next your babies and looking at their eyebrows as they identify the gunners and the ears that come forward in the lock and ready position. Enjoy every time they turn to you on blinds looking for direction.
They are a gift from God.

My Rock Retrievers wish everyone the absolute best!! Praying for the safety of all the dogs and handlers. Gods speed to you all!

FC-AFC My Rock’s He Knows My Name “Chosen”
So proud of Chosen this weekend! He won the Amateur and took second in the Open at the Sooner Oklahoma FT.

Chosen swam a 450 yard crosswind retried gun mark, he got out on the bird. I will never forget what I witnessed today. I cried as I watched it unfold.
How did he know? How can he fight the wind that long while swimming?!?
The perseverance, guts, stamina and focus built into this canine! There was a large steep point on the way and for a while Chosen couldn’t see his destination but he held the line fought the wind with all he had!!! It was a sight that made me proud and gave me goose bumps.

To God alone I am grateful for He gave Chosen to me.

Chosen has a great mama and daddy.

He is home grown from our Halle and 100% Amateur trained. He just turned 6 and now holds 63AA points, 7 wins, Double Header winner, 3 x National Amateur Qualifier, National Open Qualifer. He is a team player and loves me.

Huge thank you to the club and judges. Chosen ran a huge water triple in the Amateur and 30 minutes later a Quad in the Open. Lord thank you for Chosen!! My mom is smiling from heaven.

Roman finished his derby career with 18 points, and already has 6.5AA points. Roman has stunning good looks, incredible talent, and an amazing personality. Roman is completely amateur trained and will continue his very promising AA career.
