We are offering an introductory agility class (Agility Skills 1), Agility Skills 2 for those who have done introductory agility, a mixed 3/4 level for those wishing to improve their skills and an Advanced/Masters class.

Hi everyone!

There was a mistake with the calculations on the finale options for the Caption Contest. I have therefore, included the top FOUR entries. I have made a new pole to accommodate for this since those that have already voted wouldn't have had this option.

Hey all!

We're down to the wire on out caption contest! Get your submissions in before tomorrow, October 6th at noon for your chance to win a $50 giftcard to use towards Cactus K9 Club!

!!!CONTEST ALERT!!!

You read that right! We’re holding a caption contest for our new trailer! We want a fun, playful, exciting, and punchy saying to stick onto the side of our trailer. This caption will accompany the Cactus K9 Logo for the life of the trailer!

This saying must represent the objectives of the club (this is a good chance to review our bylaws!). The club objectives are as following:

1. To promote and provide performance and educational events using positive reinforcement training and teamwork, as well as social events and demonstrations to raise public interest and awareness;

2. To foster among its members an interest in dog training and welfare for all pure and mixed breeds and ages.
An example of what we’re looking for could look like this: “Running on laughter and sportsmanship.”

So, let's get down to the details.

This contest opens on September 29th, 2024, at Noon and runs until October 6th, 2024, at Noon.

An individual may enter up to 3 caption ideas.

The contest will be open to the public and CK9C members. The winner of the contest will receive a $50-dollar CK9C gift card to be used towards membership or classes.

We have a couple spots left in our late fall class series! Are you interested in dog sports and want a fun, open learning environment?

Come join us for Agility Level 1, Agility Level 2, and Rally-O Level 1! All exercises will be age appropriate so all dogs - old and young - can play.

Agility is an addicting sport for both you and your dog in which you navigate an obstacle course together. Rally-O, or Rally Obedience, is all about teamwork and building on some basic skills but applying them in complex sequences. Check out class times, prices, and locations below.
