Sunny - 7 yr old Grade Gelding

My friend has had him a year and got him for his wife(beginner) and she enjoyed riding his rope horse more. He has another rope horse so he doesn’t need this one. He said get him heeling and he may just keep him, but move him in the meantime.

Great stop. He really wants to please.

He hasn’t really had a job, trails all day. I’ve been shaping and softening and doing more jobs since they dropped him off.

Sound. Sane. Barefoot. Load, stands tied.

If I had to knock the horse, he wants the lead the trail pack. He’ll stay behind but he’s happier in front.

Started tracking dummy on heel side and roping dummy. Started patterning a bit. I’m just throwing the book slowly till he sells.

Have videos: PM for questions. He’s motivated to sell him, just cause he doesn’t need another.

He is still green, so he isn’t a kid horse, quiet enough to eventually be one. Just has 30/45 inconsistent days. We’ve put a start on him, but we don’t need another.
NO BUCK, hasn’t from day one. Sound, loads, stands for farrier, will stand all day, and will saddle up and ride, not cinchy at all. Not spooky.
