The newest addition to the shop….finally made that jump for the tiny tub for those smaller babies I get to groom. The contractor far exceeded my expectations. I am so obsessed with new smaller space upgrade. I was able to put one of my bigger small pups in there and it was perfect.
It’s not all the way finished but it’s still just as exciting for me. 😂 Bring on the small pups!!!! 🥰😍

Well, that’s it for the busy week!!

I would like to just say, I am beyond thankful for all of you who waited on me to get back to health!! You all are appreciated so much! The love, greetings, and well wishes I’ve gotten since being back has been incredible. I hope all of you have the best Thanksgiving. Make sure you share some love with the pups, I’m sure mine won’t be the only ones to enjoy some pup friendly foods! See you on Monday!!!!❤️🐾

GOOD AFTERNOON!!!

I thought I would check in and give all of you an update. I am about 9 days post-op. My surgery went very well and my recovery is also going extremely well!! I feel amazing and super anxious to get back to work. I have missed all of those amazing fur-babies. And of course all of you!! 😂 I will be back in shop and scheduling appointments starting the 12th!! And I am soooo excited for it!! I will be messaging those of you I think will want to get in due to the break in your regular schedule. PLEASE, feel free to message or leave a comment here and we will make sure to find you a time! I appreciate all of you so much, for giving me the time I needed to get better so I could get back to what I love so much! 🐾❤️

Long update:

This is one of the hardest post to make. However, it comes with lots of hope. As of now, I will be unable to keep any of my scheduled grooms. My health has been a serious issue for several weeks. It’s gotten to a place where surgery is necessary for me to be able to thrive and do my very best, for your pups every time they come in. I will be messaging all of you with dates that will be outside of my recovery time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may bring you. And I appreciate your patience throughout all of this. Anyone who knows me knows that this really is the hardest for me to do. Your dogs really have been the best parts of my day and caring for them to the best of my ability is the most important privilege I’ve had. I truly look forward to the days following my recovery and being able to see you all in my shop, soon!! Please give those babies some love for me and rest assured, I will be back soon!! 🐾❤️

I always love when a client says “do what you want” after I ask what they are looking for with their dogs groom.

Today, I had the privilege to groom a doodle whose mom didn’t care if I “Poodled her Doodle”. Luna has such an amazing coat. Very few mats and is really such a good girl. Her coat was longer and combed as best as you can hope for. So with that….mom said “do what you want.” I had an excellent time with this cut. Tighter to the body and longer styled legs with poodle feet, face, and ears….And yes, this is the same dog! 😂 Here she is, the Doodle I Poodled…..Miss Luna🐾♥️

Satisfying…..that’s the word most used when I speak about Golden Doodle Raven. Her coat is perfection and she is just the sweetest, most spoiled, boujee good girl I’ve ever had the pleasure to groom! Clean coat = Clean cut and she is the poster dog for that. She allows me the time to get a little particular and really style her nicely. Round paws and face with the cutest ears ever. As a dog groomer it is nothing to take lightly when we are brought pets with a bit of a back story. I see rescues, fearful, “aggressive” and high strung anxiety filled pups. None of which I will ever turn away. They can’t help where they came from or what’s happened in their lives that’s conditioned them to be this way. I had the pleasure yesterday to meet and groom this handsome boy. He had a smaller back story. One just filled with anxiety and mom was told there was nipping and difficulty grooming. He came in and was an absolute pleasure to have on my table. He was a true gentleman and the only time he opened his mouth was to give us all the kisses. He was a bit anxious in waiting for this groom to go the way the ones in his past had gone. I can with 100% certainty tell you it didn’t. We got paws trimmed, face combed and trimmed and nails done…without a hitch. Such a handsome good boy. This is…..Golden Doodle Sully♥️🐾

I’d like you to meet Miss Josey…..she is a Pomeranian. Her Daddy just adores her. She’s here every 4 weeks. Miss Josey is such a good girl. She’s is always asking us to hold her paw and she just loves to give the kisses. She gets trimmed up and all of it is done with shears. Dogs aren’t only my job, they are my passion. I am fortunate enough to have a career that allows me to work with them daily. Cleaning them up. Making them look beautiful. In some cases reconditioning their scared or traumatized brains to not fear simple grooming procedures. Perfecting my craft is something I take very seriously. Not sending half effort out the door, no matter the amount of extra time I take, is a priority for me. But of all that work….it’s the natural paw, the teddy bear cookie cutter paws that are my most favorite to do!! Here’s a few of those, maybe you will enjoy them the way I do. This handsome boy is Chester….he is a toy poodle and literally one of the sweetest doggos that I see. He’s been coming to me to be pampered for well over 2 yrs. His momma brings him in every 4 weeks without fail. Don’t let his sweet face fool you, though. He loves his bath and is good for the dryer. But as soon as the trimmer come out he’s a squirrel little guy. Here and there, and I’m basically chasing him all over my table!! But my absolute favorite is when I start to comb and trim his face, he sleeps!!! I just love him so….here he is my only toy poodle, Chester🐾♥️

Such a pleasure it is to have the ability to work with Kelly when pups really need some extra attention and love. Kelly is absolutely amazing and the pups she works with are definitely the lucky ones!! Good morning!!

Due to an increase of fake appts being scheduled by employees of a particular competitor. I will be putting in place some extra steps in my scheduling process to be able to verify each pup. I truly appreciate those of you who have been with me for any amount of time, that schedule your appts and show up. Your process will remain the same as usual. These precautions will be for new clients without referrals, only.

For those clients who could not get in because of no available appt times, I will be reaching out to fill the spaces that are now open.
