The Batesville shows were very successful for Rockytop Black and Tans. Many congratulations to co-breeder Nikkei Lyons and owner/handler Traci Mitchell for taking Best of Breed 2 out of 4 days with CH Summitt Rockytop Nickleback at Carlin VSWB.

K**b Creek Rockytop Blossoming Meadow "Whiskey" took Best of Breed on Thursday and then went on to take an Owner Handler Group 4 and a Regular Group 4. Then on Sunday Whiskey took Winners Dog and Best of Winners and Owner Handler Best of Breed.

K**b Creek Rockytop Blossoming Meadow “Whiskey” and owner Edith Atchley and trusty driver, videographer and photographer Ray Atchley traveled a couple of hours South to an AKC Match. Many thanks to Cahaba Valley Kennel Club for hosting this match. Since Martina Kustova does not have his export papers back yet, I cannot register him and a match is my only option.
Whiskey took First Place in the Puppy Group.

Dion and I are recovering from the Lexington shows. My current dog show rig is a 44’ Fifth Wheel trailer and a Ford F450 pickup truck. My around town car is a Toyota RAV4. My trailer was being repaired and was not ready for the show circuit so I stuffed Dion and all the show paraphernalia in my RAV4 and left Ray and Val at home. It was worth the effort. In 4 days of showing, Dion took 2 four point majors and 2 major reserves!

We are so happy to announce that Gabby is pregnant! We are so excited about this amazing cross.
