MAJOR UPDATE to BOI report filing for small business owners! For those of you who own >25% interest in your registered business, you NO LONGER need to file a "Beneficial Ownership Report" as previously decreed. The federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) required businesses to file by January 1st or face hefty (daily fines).

That's now OFF THE TABLE and FinCen (an agency inside the Treasury Department) said the CTA is blocked due to a recent court ruling, so "reporting companies are not currently required to file a BOI". Whew! 😀

🐾 They’ve been able to airlift countless adoptable pets to their sanctuary in Utah and rally over 1,000 foster families in LA to open their hearts and homes to displaced and injured animals!!
