We offer a range of dog grooming treatments from bathing, clipping, trimming and nail clipping. We are a small business that works from our home environment and where possible we avoid crating the dogs in our care. I fully understand customers may need to
cancel/reschedule their booked appointments. I politely ask to have at least 48hrs notice for any cancellation/rescheduled appointment to allow me enough time to potentially fill this space. No show/ less than 24hrs cancellation I require 100% of the service price to be paid. Until this is paid I hold the right not to book any further appointments. All new customers are required to pay a £15 non-refundable deposit when booking their first appointment. Once this has been paid you’ll receive an appointment confirmation text. Due to Wesley's pooch parlour being a small business where I work 1-2-1 it’s necessary to have this policy in place. Thank you to all customers for your continued support �
