Well I kept it quiet, but I knew a litter was on the way. I figured I’d have 6 puppies, but 11 of them was totally unexpected! Momma is doing great! Puppies will be available the first of December!!! These guys are bred very very well!

New kennels have arrived! Just doing some final touch’s on it before the dogs went in! Ol’ Tuffy had to jump in and try one out! lol

Ok, so if -47 below wasn’t going to be cold enough… throw in a little extra wind and boom!!! -60. Also, that’s until Monday!!! I can say I lived in it for 40 yrs of my life!!!
Please stay safe up there, stay inside, don’t do dumb things and get stuck!!! You’ve got some people from FL watching your weather and keeping you in there thoughts and prayers!

So this is the reason why I left ND in the winter!!!! Can’t train dogs when it’s this cold! Cold weather injuries in dogs are more common then warm.
Stay warm all my family and friends!!! Stay inside if at all possible!!!

Well, winter came quick up North . So we headed South for the winter and landed back in Florida!!!
I would really like to thank everyone up in North Dakota for such an amazing summer. You made my summer amazing! I would like to thank some very special people. Tanner Davis, my best friend in the world, my BROTHER!!! You and Lindsey Davis and the girls made my life whole. It was so nice having my family close and worried about me!!! Jeremy Hoff, Thankyou for everything at Ranchers Bar and Grill! You also saved me on the way out of town, thanks for pulling us out of the ditch and to the highway! What can I say, been in FL to long!!! lol. Truly amazing Guy! Kelly Miller, Jamie Miller, Thankyou so much for feeding me! Your guys Grille is awesome! Food was fantastic and it’s always fun seeing friends! Finally I’d like to thank everyone at the Sit N Bull Bar and Grill I’m Taylor ND. Seriously one of the best steaks in the world! Always surprised me with awesome food, fantastic stories and laughs, then Melissa’s Cheesecake. Always some new concoction of cheesecake that was awesome!!! Thankyou guys for feeding me so well!! Oh and I forgot…. Cenex of Richardton ND, You guys have been amazing, Andy Campbell thankyou! Seeing all the ladies working in the morning while I got my coffee and them smiling knowing I made it another night was comical and made my mornings fun! Thankyou everyone, you made my summer and my dream a reality!!!

So far, so good!!! Snow is starting to fall and it is cooling off!
After 7 months . Yes 7 months of living on the Prairies in a tent or a enclosed trailer. I’ve went from -7 up to 96 degrees back to 20. I’ve had anywhere from 17 dogs all the way up to 22. We’ve seen 3 tornados this summer. Now we have a farewell blizzard. I have had huge smiles, as well as tears. Questioned my own dreams., but never gave up. Now that my trip to North Dakota is coming to an end.. would I do it again. YES, without any hesitation . I’ve learned so much about myself, my gear, my family. Most of all though, my PACK. These dogs I love. Everyone of them. I know their quirks there triggers, what makes them tick. That is knowledge and it’s pricesless. So Thankyou everyone who entrusted their dogs with me. They made me a better human. I hope I made them a better best friend.
