A few weeks ago, snow white health went down for medically was running a very high fever.  Between my parents and I, we have work around the clock to bring her back to health and we failed. God said it was time for her to come home to bright green pastures to be with him.

We believe that she suffered a heat stroke, or was bitten in the face by a venomous snake. We did get her tested for rabies and that came back negative. 

After her passing, I have spend days scrubbing and cleaning the pin with about 5 gallons of bleach and water to make sure none of the other girls would get sick.

New heifer in the family. Her name is Ginger.

Our donkey had a rock stuck in her foot. That has caused infection. We trading it and changing the bandage every week.

It Raining and the cows are out eating on the hay like the rain not going to stop them. Plus the creek water have flooded the bottom pasture.

ASL wants to thank John for helping my dad out with 2 250 gallons mineral blocks for the cows. Our cows are happy when we have extra hands to help with the heavy stuff.

I was debate if I really want to post this. One our cow had her calf last week in bad storm. Calf was not positioned right for the birth. From what we can tell from what he looked like. He died during birth. We lost a beautiful blue roan bull. Yes, we are upset but there is nothing we can do about the lost of a calf.
