Here are the basics— Mini Lops are a miniature version of the French Lop breed and weigh around 6 pounds. Holland Lops are a hybrid of Netherland Dwarves and French Lops weighing around 3.5 pounds. Minors are no longer permitted inside of the barn during pick-up. chickens, rabbits, dogs, etc) at their hand will result in immediate cancellation of sales with no return of deposit. Rabbits are priced according to color, s*x, breed, quality, and type. No rabbits are held without a 50% deposit, even if you have shown interest or intention. We will not sell rabbits under the age of eight weeks. If you find a rabbit that interests you, please let us know. To hold a rabbit, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit, made payable via PayPal, Venmo, Facebook Pay, or Cashapp. All PayPal payments should be sent via Friends and Family or by the buyer paying the 3% processing fee charged by PayPal. Payments are non-refundable. We will hold a rabbit for a maximum of two weeks, after which the rabbit will be made available to other interested parties unless other arrangements were made at the time the deposit was sent. The balance owed must be paid in the form of cash, PayPal, or Venmo, or Cashapp before your reserved rabbit can come home with you. The buyer is responsible for fully inspecting the rabbit at the time of pickup before the sale is finalized. The sale is finalized once the rabbit is paid for in full and the buyer has taken possession of it. We cannot control what happens once the rabbit has left our care, including disease or death, including but not limited to bloat, abuse, stress, neglect, extreme temperatures, malnourishment, improper housing which causes sickness or death, injury from other animals, exposure to other illnesses and sicknesses via other animals during travel, shows, or at your residence. We do not guarantee for any of these issues once the sale has been finalized. Should this happen and you are still interested in your rabbit, it will be your responsibility at that point to take on the responsibility of its needs and the transfer option will be void. We will offer a transfer of payment to a different, available rabbit of your choosing if your reserved rabbit passes, falls ill, or is injured while in our care. The replacement rabbit you choose must be of equal value and must be amongst our listed available rabbits. We do not offer refunds, but your payment can be transferred. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for transport, however, this does not guarantee we will be able to meet the transporter on the date/time required.
