Update: We have taken a step aside for a moment to put together a better business and marketing strategy for the bank. Here I was thinking all along that the bank would recognize the need for a place like ours so much that they wouldnt care how we were gonna get there. Nope wrong Tami, banks remove emotion. So, we are sitting down with a numbers guy and tweaking our marketing strategy.
Ok so what do we need from all of you? In the next few days we will launch a crowdfunding campaign to raise the entire purchase price of the property. I'm hoping we at least raise enough for the down payment just because that will make it go a ton better at the bank. So I need all 30 of our followers to post the campaign once its created. This campaign will explain why we are starting with a boarding facility and then a rescue so you shouldnt have to explain it too much to people.
After you have shared the campaign on your personal Facebook I want you to challenge 10 people to do the same thing. That will make us reach 300 personal pages with our campaign running on them and hopefully people will ask you about the rescue and how they can help in other ways besides donating.
So please Heart ❤ this post if you will commit to sharing the campaign on your Facebook and inviting 10 friends to do the same.
The longer this property stays on the market the bigger the chance is for its misuse. 20% of the asking price is roughly $37,000 so we have got to be committed.

This is what causes dogs to be undersocialized. Some puppies never touch grass until they are 4 to 5 months old. Please adopt dont shop.

If you’re thinking about giving a cute little Yorkie puppy or any kind of purebred puppy for a Christmas present this year please remember these pictures and think about the puppy mills that the parents are living in. There are so many beautiful puppies and kittens just waiting for a home at your local shelters. They come fully vetted and very reasonably priced compared to pet stores and you won’t be supporting horrific puppy mills. Please make a difference in this world and adopt don’t shop.

Ok I need a kindness. I need a list of people who would be patrons of the boarding facility. I need everyone on the phones making contact with all your canine loving travelers so I can show the bank that the Ranch will be able to pay the loan. I also need a list of people who would store their motorcycles or boats or campers in the dead space of the Rescue until we get it established. Basically, we have hit our first glitch. We want to get the property purchased but we need a base clientele. I have a good list so far but the more of us that work on it the faster we can get the property to uts fullest potential.
We were unable to raise the money through investors for the same reason. So either a list of people willing to give our kennel a shot or $36,000 upfront. We are not beat I repeat we are not beat but this will set us back and my fear is that the property could sell to someone with nefarious intentions.
So I want each of you to comprise a list of 10 people who currently have dogs and then call each person and tell them about the state of the art boarding experience we discussed at the investors meeting. Call me when you have done your 10 people and get the following information from them:
Full name
Animals full name
Address
Phone number
Would they board their dog with me over the sterile clinic like facilities.

Be sure to discuss the cameras, 24 hour care, free roaming fenced area for large and small dogs. I'm gonna treat these dogs as though they were in a home.

Great turn out today. Everyone in attendance invested. I'd say that's a pretty productive day. We had over 10,000 man hours pledged and a little bit of cash too. This week we go to the bank with the plan and if that doesnt work then I guess a mortgage loan it is. We are like a speeding locomotive, we wont be stopped. Thank you to Ivy, Emmy, John, Rylie my blood family in attendance. Brenda, Asia, Berg and Emilie my sisters from another mistas! Bobby my brotha from anotha m***a! Tyson and Nikki, who by the way has come up with some fantastic logos, Asias blood family and a big thanks to Megan, Lindsay and Steph part of my future TNR squad but they dont know that yet....lol.
I'm truly touched by your support. Words cannot express my thanks I'm blessed beyond all measure.
