Just had Wheelie Good Pierogi Blueberry and Cheese pierogi for the first time, Yum! 😋 Love the doughy texture, reminded me of Thai sweet Roti! Sautéed them lightly with butter and served with vanilla ice cream. Top with Micro Red Amaranth (corn flavor) and Micro Red Russian Kale (a little nutty flavor)! So good! 😍😋👍

Despite it’s name, Buckwheat is not related to wheat, it is a fruit seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel.

A citrus-like flavor with tarty and tangy undertones. 😋👍👍
