Here are 7 things you can do right away to stop the sting:
1. Apply an ice pack for 10 mins on and off
2. Apply a baking soda paste to calm pain and stop swelling
3. Apply an oatmeal paste as an antihistamine to reduce itching
4. Dab on raw honey to ease pain and start healing
5. Pick some plantain (it grows everywhere), chew and apply to heal and fight infection
6. Dab on witch hazel to reduce swelling, pain and itching
7. Apply aloe vera gel to ease the pain and itch
