Our Eskie puppies must have air conditioning on warm days, and a cool, shady, fenced yard with lots of room to run! You'll get your exercise keeping up with me!

Trinity American Eskimo toy and miniature puppies are precious balls of white fur, full of fun, and show quality! Smart, snow white, healthy, and fiesty, there are no cuter puppies in the world! While the other puppies in our pictures all have homes, new breedings are being planned!

If you have lots of space to run, air conditioning for warm weather, willingness to love and train a special little, white, fluffy friend, stay tuned. More litters are being planned. Champion parents!

A rolled up newspaper can be an effective pet training tool when used properly.

For instance, use the rolled-up newspaper if your dog chews up something inappropriate or has a housebreaking accident. Bring the dog over to the destroyed object (or mess), then take the rolled-up newspaper and hit yourself over the head as you repeat the phrase, "I forgot to watch my dog! I forgot to watch my dog!"

Buying a pet store puppy perpetuates the abuse
in puppy mills!
You need to get your puppy from a loving breeder who pets, gives it plenty of attention, and from the beginning doesn't allow "bites." Our Kids' Wings puppies are in potty training from the time they begin to toddle...we lead them from their sleeping crate to the back yard to do their business. Then we lead them back into the house where they can play on the carpet for about 30 minutes when they tire out and need to go outside once more before taking another long nap...and the process starts over again. When they leave at 8 weeks, they will know where they are supposed to do their business. (Their new owner must then make grass available on a regular basis!)
Wherever you get your puppy, please insist on knowing they have been DNA tested to eliminate the possibility that they will be positive to the PRA blindness gene that is a problem in Eskies now.

American Eskimo Dogs get along well with most animals, including cats! Of course, each dog (and cat) has his own preferences and temperament, but you can feel fairly confident your American Eskimo Dog, if properly socialized to your cat and/or introduced at a young age, should get along just swell.

Originally bred to guard property and people, American Eskimo Dogs will bark to alert. As with any dog, they can be discouraged from barking as frequently with proper training and exercise.

You can adopt an American Eskimo Dog at a much lower cost than buying one from a breeder. The cost to adopt an American Eskimo Dog is around $300 in order to cover the expenses of caring for the dog before adoption. In contrast, buying American Eskimo Dogs from breeders can be prohibitively expensive. Depending on their breeding, they usually cost anywhere from $1,000-$3,000.
