Over the moon with ‘s Mikey today at his first show. Expertly piloted by to jump two fantastic rounds.
What a cool 4yo to quite happily take a show atmosphere all in his stride - think he quite likes this life!

🌟 Royal Cheshire County Show 🌟

Today we went for a spin on the grass in prep for BE at the weekend, huuuggeee classes and massive atmosphere made it a fabulous training day for a young pony like Mia 💪

Going slightly green in the 80 with two miscommunications on striding resulted in 2 down, I then rode the 90 a lot more determined and produced one of few clears, managing to finish in 2nd despite not taking any inside lines 🙈 a fraction behind the winner.

It’s awesome to ride such a little pony that can keep up with the big horses and has all the jump to go further 💪🚀

Mia finally got a well deserved lap of honour and pleased to report she loves a crowd ❤️

11 days ago, we unfortunately welcomed Olivia Hunters first homebred a *tad* too early…
We had prepared ourself for the absolute worst as Flora has not had an easy pregnancy - but we didn’t prepare for him to live!!
The call to say she’d given birth was not a nice one, we didn’t even ask if he was alive as we were so sure he wouldn’t be.
Within minutes our amazing vets were by his side acting quickly to keep him with us ❤️

He came out a tiny little fighter and has tried so hard for us, and us for him; it’s easy to forget the exhaustion of the 24hr shifts when you look at how bloody cute he is 🙈

A massive thank you to not only our vets, Page & Gunstone Equine Vets but to every client who has been patient with me these last two weeks, everyone who has sat with him for an hour to let Olivia and I shower or have a quick nap, or run to the shop for some red bull 🙏 not to mention the friends that stayed with us on night shifts to lighten the load!! You all mean the world to us and baby Mac 💕🫶🏻

**UPDATE ON AVAILABILITY**

Thank you everyone for the support of my small business this year so far 🙌🏻 a lot of returning clients, lots of amazing new ones and lots of cracking young horses coming through 🤩 loving every second of running this mad house 💪

I am trying so hard to fit you all in, with horses coming thick and fast from all ends of the country (and a few lovely Scottish ones along the way too!)

My next availability is towards the end of June/start of July.

Friendly reminder that I will not hold stables without a deposit, the wait list for earlier spaces is too long and I’m trying to get you all slotted in 🙌🏻

We still only take on max 3 clients horses at a time for training. With my own to ride and compete as well as the permanent liveries, my time must be spread out accordingly and I like to spend time with each training livery like they are my own 🙏

Now it’s time for a lovely weekend away for .a.flanker and I before the summer madness begins!

Excited to meet all the new horses in the next few weeks, and watch our current 4yos go off and be fabulous riding horses 😍

The lovely Daisy went home yesterday for a summer off after a month with me learning all things ridden 🌟 she’s been fantastic to work with from start to finish and I can’t wait to have her back when she’s matured!

“Rising 4yr old Cosford favourita aka Daisy🌼 graduated from big girl school today and made Mollie one very happy little girl, being able to sit on her for the first time after months and months of patiently waiting for her to grow up to be broken.
Want to say a massive thank you to Charli Davidson for doing such an impecible job with her and breaking her and producing her correctly and even sticking wobbly head daisy jockey on her to teach her to lead with a young person on her!! (I would of never of through to do that)
She happily goes in the school , hacks out in front , leads and Jumps 👏
Would highly recommend Charli and her team to anyone who wants a fantastic non rushed job with these precious ponies.”

Merry Christmas to all our friends, family, clients and horses ✨

As always, thank you so much everyone for the love and support of Davidson Equine, I’ve enjoyed every minute of working with you all and your lovely horses.

Yesterday was a bitter sweet day. We said goodbye to long term client horse, Colin, who had been with me since April.
The first full Arab I had ever worked with, completely feral 5yo, he sure did live up to the stereotype at times 😂🙈

He is a different horse than when he arrived 7/8 months ago, we took our time and followed his lead. I wish him all the best in his new home!
Looking forward to working with his old owner again in the future too!
