Welcome!

Hey all! We’re so glad you’re here under our umbrella! We’re a family of 7 who lives in the city. That hasn’t stopped us from pursuing our dreams of homesteading, though. We’ve taken this “in between” time to learn all sorts of new skills that will be invaluable once we get to the homestead. We’ve already been learning skills like how to can fresh produce, how to make some of our own home care products, and even dabbled in some gardening. We still have so much to learn, though! Hopefully you will find some of our tips and tricks helpful and find our inevitable goof ups entertaining. After all, if you can’t laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?
