I am so thrilled to finally have my sweet Nora in my arms. Ian and Ashley have moved to Ontario from the Netherlands so visits just got a whole lot easier.
My heart is full with the addition to our family of Lucas Douglas. He arrived a little earlier than expected but Tim, Christy and Lucas are all home now and everyone is doing great.

I'm really liking the view from my sewing table. I decided to bring my machine to the cottage for a couple of days of uninterrupted sewing. The hope is to get a jump start on production for the upcoming season. The cooler temperatures and brisk winds have kept me out of the lake and on task. It's been over 2 years since our family has all been together but it has finally happened. Ian and Ashley are home for a 3- week visit from the Netherlands and everyone else made it to the cottage for a fabulous few days. My heart is so full💕💕
I've had happy cats in my house recently as I have been busy making lots of my catnip toys. I am finally getting my shoulder surgery the end of the month which will keep me away from my sewing machine for a couple of months. Fear not! It has been a long time since I have posted so thought it was time to remedy that. Some of that is due to the strange times we are living in and part is due to a shoulder injury which has drastically reduced my production capabilities. I am in fact awaiting surgery after which I will be in a sling for 2 months. I am not doing any fall shows this year (many have been cancelled) but you can find my products at Hennigar's Farm Market in Greenwich, Maritime Mosaic in Amherst and Cornwallis Vets, Kentville. Later this week I will let you know about my newest venture. My surgery could be next week or a few months from now. For that reason if you are interested in any orders or purchases for Christmas I would you suggest you contact me as soon as possible because after surgery I will not be able to sew for a few months. Contact me and let me know what you are looking for. I still have my full line of products to keep your pets happy and content.

I am excited to show off my new product - SNUFFLE MATS. Snuffle mats allow dogs to sniff and search for treats or forage for a full meal. The best part about setting up at the breed shows is that my 4-legged clients can come right in my booth and try on what they want . Here Animal, who is a Toy Fox Terrier got fitted with a small Neckie to get ready for Canada Day celebrations!. If you want to see some interesting breeds come to the Acadia Arena and take in the Evangeline Kennel Club dog show going on all afternoon here in Wolfville.

Winter is definitely still with us so no better time to outfit your dog with one of my designer jackets. My jackets are made from rainwear together with a layer of wool coating and a fleece liner. I also make jackets using Soft Shell, a breathable athletic fabric and I add a fleece lining.
The jackets are slipped on over the dog's head with the strap going between the front legs and velcroing on both sides of the body. There is elastic at the neck for added stretch. Other features include reflective ribbon at the chest and along both sides of the dog's body; a cut away on the belly strap to help prevent male dogs from urinating on the strap; and a harness hole on the smaller jackets ( harness holes can be added to larger sizes when requested)
Jackets are available from XX-small to giant and every size inbetween. As always you will find me at the Wolfville Farmers Market every Saturday from 8:30-1 or feel free to message me with any questions
